Access control
Researcher records are separate. Reviewers act on assigned studies; unassigned general-study metadata is available only to eligible scientific reviewers. Specialist studies require controlled allocation. Conflicts of interest block review authority.
Record integrity
Submitted versions remain frozen. New documents keep their version history, and workflow changes record the acting account. Competing updates are rejected so users can refresh before retrying.
Institutional readiness
This workspace supports pilot preparation. Institutional deployment still requires approved hosting, data-processing arrangements, retention rules, verified committee roles and operational security review. No security certification or regulatory endorsement is claimed.
